Instruction from highly trained, safety minded, and educated professionals serving the local community.  We promote "low impact" on the environment through human-powered paddling, care and respect for plant and animal communities, and awareness of our impact here on earth.  This expertise comes at a cheaper rate than other outfitters in the area as well!!!   

Your Lead Guide has a degree in water resource management, soil science and has served as an environmental consultant, environmental planner, educator, host, sea kayak expedition guide, and advisor.  You will be getting much more than basic instruction from a college student, as you are escorted by seasoned, degree carrying guides who have paddled open oceans, and understand the difficulties and successes that people experience REGARDLESS OF YOUR LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE!!!  

We have taken people who have never paddled in their life, and quickly brought them up to speed so they could CONFIDENTLY, and PROUDLY paddle open ocean waves and currents for days!  We truly believe you have something to gain with us, regardless of your experience level.

Currently, we offer guided trips to numerous locations in Southern Wisconsin.  Our group firmly believes in supporting local businesses and economy, and we try to implement those practices as much as possible.  As such, we also believe that while Wisconsin may not be an internationally renowned kayak destination, it offers so much more than most give it credit for.  The wealth of amazing rivers and lakes here have so much to offer in terms of wildlife, geology, and serenity, therefore we promote the exploration of these areas  Soon we will also serve a global potpourri of interesting locales.  As owner and founder of Breathing Waters Kayak Co., I guarantee your satisfaction with every trip, and your experience is surely our first priority.
